We offer free standard international delivery.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We offer free next day delivery in the UK. Orders must be placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday to be received the following business day.
CLICK AND COLLECT
We offer a free pick up service from our flagship store at 14 Dover Street, W1S 4LW, London. Simply select click and collect at checkout and a member of our team will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
CAN I ARRANGE A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT

ARE DUTIES PAID BEFOREHAND?
Varana currently ships on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis meaning prices shown at check out include the relevant import taxes and duties with no additional charges on delivery.

CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ORDER?

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Once you’ve placed an order online, you can’t amend it yourself. Please contact us on +44 203 903 4444 or firstname.lastname@example.org (Monday-Sunday, 10am-6pm GMT) and we will cancel any unwanted items or place a new order for a replacement item.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
Yes when your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via your chosen method of contact so that you may track the delivery.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We hope that you love your Varana purchase, but if you’re not perfectly satisfied we offer up to 14 days to arrange a return.
All items should be returned new, unused, in the original packaging, with all tags attached. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or altered may be returned.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS TO THE STORE?
Please contact us to arrange to return your online order to our London store located at 14 Dover Street, W1S 4LW, London. Once your order has been returned, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received your items. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days for funds to clear with your bank.
HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?
You can pre-order upcoming Varana items and make payment in advance. An estimated shipping date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.
When you place a pre-order, payment will be taken and your order will be held until we have received the stock for shipment to our London location.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, or you purchase more than one pre-order item with different expected shipping dates, items will be dispatched as they arrive at our London location, however you will incur a single shipping charge.
When an item is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via your chosen method of contact so that you may track the delivery.
