WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Varana offers worldwide shipping via DHL on a carbon neutral parcel service.

*Please note that during our clearance sale our shipping policy has changed and any import taxes and duties payable will be your responsibility and charged on delivery. 

ARE IMPORT TAXES & DUTIES PAID BEFOREHAND?

Outside of the UK (in Europe and the rest of the world), any import taxes and duties will be your responsibility and will be charged upon delivery. 

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS? 

STANDARD DELIVERY

We offer standard international delivery, orders placed using international delivery are expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days.

  • Orders placed for shipment to the EU will be charged a flat rate of 12
  • Orders placed for delivery in the UK will be charged a flat rate of £12
  • Orders placed for shipment to the USA will be charged a flat rate of $30 USD
  • Orders placed for shipment to all other countries will be charged a flat rate of  £25

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

We offer next day delivery in the UK. Orders must be placed before 12 noon Monday-Friday to be received the following business day. Next day delivery is a flat fee of £25. 

CAN I ARRANGE A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT

The Varana team are available for virtual appointments Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm GMT. Contact us on varanateam@varana.com to book an appointment. 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We hope that you love your Varana purchase, but if you’re not perfectly satisfied we offer up to 14 days to arrange a return.  

All items should be returned new, unused, in the original packaging, with all tags attached. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or altered may be returned.

To arrange your return, please contact us on varanateam@varana.com. Our team will issue you with a return label, providing you with a smooth return process.

We will deduct the cost of return from your refund when the good/s are received in line with our policies and processed by our team. 

CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ORDER?

All orders are packed in branded Varana packaging made from recycled materials. 

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Once you’ve placed an order online, you can’t amend it yourself. Please contact us and we will cancel any unwanted items or place a new order for a replacement item.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION? 

Please check your spam or junk folder. Failing that, please contact us on or varanateam@varana.com or via live chat (Monday-Friday 10am-5pm GMT) and we’ll look into it right away.

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Yes when your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via your chosen method of contact so that you may track the delivery.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received your items. Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days for funds to clear with your bank.

HOW DOES PRE-ORDER WORK?

You 
can pre-order upcoming Varana items and make payment in advance. An estimated shipping date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. 

When you place a pre-order, payment will be taken and your order will be held until we have received the stock for shipment to our London location.


If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, or you purchase more than one pre-order item with different expected shipping dates, items will be dispatched as they arrive at our London location, however you will incur a single shipping charge. 

When an item is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via your chosen method of contact so that you may track the delivery. 

MADE TO ORDER

Varana's made to order service enables you to order a bespoke or current style from our collection in a custom size.

Made-to-order pieces are hand-crafted to your specification and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders take 14 - 28 days for competition from the date your order is placed depending on the requirements and incur a 10% surcharge. An estimated shipping date is provided once your order has been confirmed.

Pre-payment in full is required upon confirmation of the order and is non-refundable. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via your chosen method of contact so that you may track the delivery.
